Website Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from www.naturobest.com and form a binding agreement between NRC Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN: 75 607 712 701), trading as NaturoBest, and you, the customer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with any purchase.


1. General

  • All references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to NRC Nutrition Pty Ltd, registered in Queensland, Australia.

  • All references to "you" or "your" refer to the customer placing an order.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.


2. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless:

    • The order is a duplicate and

    • You contact us immediately after placing the order (prior to dispatch)

  • Change-of-mind cancellations or returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds will not be issued for adverse reactions to a product. Individual responses to supplements vary and do not indicate a product fault.

  • Refunds will only be provided:

    • Where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL);

    • Where goods are proven to be defective;

    • In the event of a product recall.

To request a return under ACL, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of goods.


3. Delivery

  • We ship orders Australia-wide and internationally. All risk passes to you on delivery.

  • Goods may be left at your address without signature. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs charges and delays beyond our control.


4. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Goods

A return may be accepted only if:

  • The goods were supplied in error, or

  • The goods were damaged in transit, and

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and

  • Goods are returned within 7 days with an authorised Return Authority Number and completed return form.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund or replacement.


5. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in AUD. Australian orders include GST.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.


6. Product Information

  • Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and are not intended to substitute medical advice.

  • Always consult a qualified health practitioner before using supplements.

  • We are not liable for any harm or reaction experienced from use of our products where used as directed.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, branding and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to NRC Nutrition Pty Ltd.

  • You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the cost of replacing the goods or the value of the order.


9. Privacy

  • Your personal data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


10. Updates

  • We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect when published on this website.


11. Customer Conduct Policy

We are committed to providing respectful and professional customer service. In return, we expect customers to treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bullying, harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed towards our team via phone, email, live chat, social media, or any other communication channel.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Abusive or aggressive language

  • Repeated contact after a clear and reasonable response has been provided

  • Excessive emails or messages disputing a decision where no further resolution can be offered

  • Demands for outcomes that contradict our policies or obligations under Australian Consumer Law

If such behaviour occurs, we reserve the right to:

  • Cease communication immediately

  • Cancel the customer's account

  • Refuse future service or purchases

Abusive or threatening behaviour may be reported to the relevant authorities.
