I bought the Birth Prep & Recovery supplement for myself and my cousin, and we’ve both had great experiences with it. My due date isn’t until October, but I’ve been taking NaturoBest’s prenatal supplements for the 2nd and 3rd trimester, and I’ve honestly felt really good — more balanced and energetic than I expected.
My cousin recently gave birth to a beautiful baby (over 8 pounds!), and while it wasn’t the easiest labour, she said it went much more smoothly than with her first — and she really thinks this supplement played a part. My partner and I both started taking these vitamins, after an extensive online research. We both feel more energised and feel they are working better than other vitamins we tried before.
It contains good ingredients, including active folic acid. However, the tablets are quite large and you have to take two per day. It would be better if it came in just one tablet.
This product is a really good preconception formula, especially if you have an MTHFR gene mutation and cannot absorb folic acid very well, as this one contains methyl folate. This formula also makes it easy to digest.
My naturopath recommended them, and I’ll definitely continue taking them. They’re also very gentle on my tummy.

So relieved to have found this prenatal halfway through my second pregnancy. I had been using another brand that had been fine for my first pregnancy but upset my stomach the second time round. This prenatal is full of natural vitamjns that gives me the reassurance it’s the best for baby and my body. Will continue to buy through breastfeeding!
