    At NaturoBest, we aim to dispatch your order promptly and deliver it to you as safely and efficiently as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy, which form part of our Terms & Conditions.


    Order Processing and Dispatch

    • Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment.

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a duplicate order identified and confirmed prior to dispatch.

    • While we do our best to dispatch and deliver your order quickly, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.


    Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

    • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Australia Post.  Estimated delivery times:

      • Sydney & Brisbane: within 3 business days

      • Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth & regional areas: within 7 business days

    • No weekend deliveries are available.

    • If you select 'Authority to Leave' during checkout, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it is delivered to your nominated address without a signature.


    Delivery Timeframes (International)

    • International orders are shipped via DHL Express and delivered duty paid.

    • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

    • We are not responsible for delays, issues, or errors caused by DHL Express or customs authorities in your country.


    Customs, Import Duties and Regulatory Compliance

    • When you order from outside Australia, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

    • Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local fees once it reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by you.

    • Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.

    • If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.

    • NaturoBest is not liable for shipments refused, returned, or destroyed by customs due to local import restrictions or non-payment of duties.

    • Shipping costs will not be refunded if your order is refused or returned by customs for any reason.


    Delivery Fees

    • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

    • Each order is shipped separately and cannot be combined with other orders.


    Title and Risk

    • Title in the goods remains with NaturoBest until payment is received in full and cleared funds.

    • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

    • If no signature is required and the parcel is left at your address, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after delivery.

    • If you prefer a signature on delivery, please select this at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.
